“Laura spent 13 years working at Southern stations, including Sutton, Victoria, East Croydon and East Grinstead. Earlier this year we lost Laura after a short illness. She was loved by many and her zest for life was second to none.
I have chosen to nominate Laura for this award as she was incredibly customer driven. She was always smiling and had a welcoming presence. She had a strong rapport with regular customers and would go above and beyond to help others. She was a real credit to us all.“
