“Kimoya is a supporting team leader to London Bridge Gateline staff. I have worked for Southeastern as a gateline customer service advisor for nearly six years. Kim, as we all call her. Works extremely hard in her role. Kim tries her best to accommodate everyone in the team. Kim has also helped me with a difficult and complex matter as a carer to my elder brother David, who needs care and supervision in daily activities. David has had many health problems. Which I have to be available to support him. Kim has been very understanding of my situation. And Kim has supported me many times. Without Kim's help, life would be tough. I have seen Kim on many occasions going the extra mile to support all colleagues and staff. For these reasons, I know Kim deserves recognition for all that she does. Kim is always at work, for the early shifts, which is very tough going. But Kim is always there. I would be so grateful if you could consider Kimoya Jemison for an award. I know Kim would be thrilled to be a part of this. Kim has worked for Southeastern railway for many years.“
