“Julian is an announcer at Wolverhampton however he is also multi-functional and a great support to the whole team at Wolverhampton including the management team.
Julian goes above and beyond supporting the business from the installation of the new systems to banking, crowd management, passenger assistance, managing the day to day when stepping up and more importantly from the rosters to the timesheets he is our hero and guru.
Julian developed and created a 12-month based roster where all the team have their 12 months worked out for them annual leave is included & equalization this is a fantastic tool which makes the weekly rostering so much easier. The timesheets are created from this excel roster sheet and takes minutes to check everyone’s hours. We request a change, and no task or request is ever declined.
Julian had been a great support to me over the last 5.5 years of being his manager, his proactive can-do attitude and dedication to the team at Wolverhampton truly shines in all aspects.
