John is happy to volunteer to cover gaps in the roster without quibbling, due to his sense of ensuring the station is fully resourced to deliver for our customers. During a recent period of management changes and vacancies, he has willingly stepped up to the plate to help the team. In the absence of others, John has also taken the lead in contingency planning, cleaning, wet weather arrangements and many more and is a huge asset to everyone in the station team and those that pass through.“
