Jo has had various roles within the railway, and now is a dedicated Driver Manager at Barnham Depot. Jo's no nonsense approach, has seen her gain respect amongst her peers. What some do not see is the heart of gold that Jo has.
Jo supports her team and ensures any outstanding work is completed in a timely manner whether it is hers or others. She listens and takes the time to help others.
She nurtures the new drivers and ensures they have her full support, and encourages them to be at their best. She also manages a team of Driving Instructors, who she puts a great deal of confidence and trust in them to achieve confident and competent drivers.“
