“When a gentleman fell ill and collapsed on the platform at Banbury station last year, Jemma was on hand straight away to help. It soon became apparent that the man in question was dangerously ill. Jemma stepped in and carried out CPR while a colleague called an ambulance.
She remained cool, calm and professional at all times and is an asset to the company.“
