“When a customer stopped breathing, Jeff used hisr skills as a trained first aider and took it upon himself to help them. The passenger then took a turn for the worse and collapsed so he instantly called an ambulance and tried to revive the customer with CPR. Jeff's persistence undoubtedly helped save this man’s life and because of his strength and compassion the passenger’s wife still has her husband.
Although an upsetting and stressful time he managed to keep calm and help save this customer.“
