Said the following about Jason Glenister:

“Jason always go above and beyond his means to excel customer expectations. He has received many praises from customers (received letters of praise, presents etc.) as he always try and help.

He never shy away from an assistance at Bedford station and he always does it with a smile. When customers approach me, (regular passengers), they always ask of him as he built a positive relationship with them.

His announcements are always on point and very informative; even during disruption, he does his best to get customers on their way.

While on shift with him, being short staffed and in disruption, he managed to locate a lost property for a customer by enquiring at different stations then went back to the platform straight away to assist an elderly lady with her luggage and answer many customer's enquiries despite being under pressure.

There is so many positive reason why I am nominated Jason for outstanding customer service award as I truly believe he deserve it.“
