“James has worked for me for 18 months now and is proving to be a valuable and capable asset.
He is well liked around the office and is always prepared to lend a hand when needed. His CAD capability has gone beyond where I would expect it to but knowing James this is no great shock. He has proved more than capable when working in both a 2d and a 3d environment and shows a real desire to improve on his existing capabilities.
He is currently working towards his ‘Trailblazer NVQ level 3 in railway design’ to which he is doing extremely well. October Last year he undertook the ‘National Training Academy for Rail’ study week in Northampton where he received a certificate of excellence (one of only three that were presented that week) and a second certificate for Performance.
He is hard working, diligent and a pleasure to work with which I believe makes him an ideal candidate for this award.“
