“Jaimie takes a strong personal interest in each of the contractors she is responsible for finding work placements for. This requires a lot of extra time and attention, but, as a result, we contractors are not just offered random placements that would suit Coyle, we are found placements which, wherever possible, suit our career paths through the industry and our own personal preferences for type of work and work locations.
In pursuit of this higher aim, Jaimie strives to get to know each and every contractor on the books of Coyle, talking us through possible career paths and the associated extra training requirements, and then following through to open the doors which make so much difference to our earnings potential and our job satisfaction.

“I would like to nominate Jaimie for the effort she puts into her work. She works endlessly to make sure that staff have what they need no matter what time of day it is, and even on her days off. She is constantly keeping up with training so that she knows what each role consists of so she can make sure she picks the staff who are the best fit for those roles.
I have also worked out on track with her as well, she shows the same amount of passion for her job even in the cold and rain, joining in with the staff doing the work. She also joins in on a more personal level having a laugh with everyone or being there to give advice and a shoulder to cry on if they need it.“
“Jaimie has been tremendous help since I have joined Coyles. She has been supportive in the 'Siemens project' we have had some challenging moments- but overcome them.
She has been good team player, always willing to help and will ensure out of work hours she will address any escalations immediately.
We don’t work at the same office, so we met at Winter Party, she was very warm hearting person. Was funny and bubbly.
