“Jack joined the Avanti Team at Crewe on the gate line, since joining he has nothing but a positive attitude and a lot of enthusiasm. He has always brought a fun spark to work which has rubbed off on other staff and customers. Over the last year Jack has worked very hard to gain his safety critical dispatch competence and joined the Crewe platform team as a dispatcher and now he has just been successful in securing a place in the Talent bank to become a Train Manager!
