“Jack Bentley is a Project Engineer within IP Signalling Southern West. Since joining Network Rail in 2016 his dedication and commitment is very clear to see. Jack has approached the projects with great enthusiasm and has been very proactive in dealing with various suppliers and stakeholders. He is always willing to help other team members out and has provided short notice assistance where needed. He actively encourages collaboratively working within the multi-functional team and with the assistance of his Programme Manager Richard Evans has developed a mentoring programme. This involved getting buy in from the different disciplines to act as mentors and mentees to enhance people knowledge of the business within the disciplines. The programme is now up and running and proving successful.“
