Through the installation of the Viper cable guardian, he has not only improved power feeder reliability but also identified latent defects that can now be proactively repaired before they lead to failures and customer disruptions.
His proactive approach and forward-thinking mindset have resulted in improved power system performance, strengthened the infrastructure resilience and facilitated economic growth in the central section of the Western route.“
“Absolutely overjoyed to attend the Rail Media RailStaff awards last night. It was a wonderful event full of theatrics, great presentations and laughter. To top it off, of all the finalists, WR/RIA EDI Charter for Rail won Highly commended, alongside the fantastic Shane Andrews MBE in the HR, Diversity and Inclusion Person or team award! So so proud!! This working group truly is an inspirational space and being Vice-chair of such a dynamic group is an honour in itself.
