“I have nominated Graham because since I've started my working life I have never come across a manager with so much time and patience with his staff no matter who it is. From cleaners to team leaders Graham always makes time to listen to there issues and makes an effort to resolve them.
Graham came to Old Oak Common as an outsider but has quickly become one of the most popular mangers on site. I feel Graham deserves a nomination as he has always been there for me during my time Old Oak Common, he showed patience during my training and has helped me with any problems I have faced which makes me respect him to a high level. I know sometimes mangers and teams/team leaders can try to keep out of each others way but Graham is very approachable and his door is always open. He works with the team leaders to get the work done and listens to there suggestions and acts upon them. We all work as a team and I can not think of a better leader than Graham.“
