“Graham Work on our line at on of the busiest stations and has to cope with a multitude of things on a daily basis including a high passenger turn over and short formed trains, he never ever moans or groans about the fact that his station is often the point of ridicule and the amount of grief he gets on a daily basis, he never stops from start till the end of shift(I know as I've worked there a few times). Yet he still has a hardcore of regulars that love him to bits and will do their best to help him.
I just feel that he (like a lot of booking office staff) deserves recognition as an outstanding employee and person in general. Graham always tried to find time to ring all of us further up the line if there's a problem, and he's always happy to help if he can or has the time.“
