“Since I’ve known Gina she has always been attentive in her roles within her booking office roles. When she got the promotion to the manager role she really excelled in becoming a people person and managed her role as a manager and helping staff achieve the best support in their roles. When people struggled mentally and physically within her catchment she was always there to help if she could or recommended alternative ways of getting help.
I had issues when my younger brother passed away tragically and she gave me the opportunity to get counselling and if it wasn’t for that I would have probably crumbled.
Her support has helped me gain confidence and ability in my role in c2c and I will always be grateful.
