“Although sadly Duncan is no longer our Station Manager, during his stint in the said position, he'd done an amazing job. He cared about all the Staff under his management and was attuned to everyone's needs on both a professional and personal level. Nothing was ever too much for
him to look into; and guaranteed, there would be a solution of some sort. I think such attributes should be recognised as we don't often get persons in authority who care any much more than the job at hand. By the way, we still contact him for "help" and, of course, he still tries to find the best possible solution.“

“I,ve known duncan for a number of years even before he became a station manager and have always found him to very approachable and helpful , Whilst working a welwyn garden city platforms a few years back we had major disruption and duncan on his way home stayed with me and a few others till midnight in his own time to help out . When he became my station manager i knew that i had a very good manager that would help me and others in any situation even when home was just a phone call away whether it be work or personal . Hes always been a jolly happy person and famed for his loud taste in shirts and at my 50th in 2019 he joined in with the spirit at the party and dressed as a whoopie cushion , but above all he cares 110% for his staff .“
