“Esperanza has been working within our Bristol Civil Design team for nearly 18 months now having started out as a Trainee CAD Technician. She is an extremely hard working individual who has slotted in perfectly within the team and is doing an excellent job. With minimal CAD experience prior to joining us she has picked things up extremely quickly and has recently been promoted to a CAD Technician role due to her excellent progress. And she is now assisting with the training up of recent new starters with a view to integrating them into the team which is great to see.“
