“Since Albie joined Lundy Projects in January 2022 as an Apprentice Welder/Fabricator he has gone above and beyond what was expected of him.
He has continually excelled in his abilities at his training college, this was showcased in June this year when only 6 months into his apprenticeship ran by SETA Training, he was awarded the Fabrication apprentice of the year and was also nominated for overall apprentice of the year of which he came second.
When Albie is in Lundy’s fabrication unit in Irlam, he works alongside his peers & mentors on live jobs, which he completes on time and to outstanding quality of workmanship. He works well within in a team or on his own and needs very little supervision. He believes in the core values of the company, and he is an asset to the company. Albie is a shining example of the right attitude and commitment that all is achievable. One for the future.“
