He has done more than his fair share to ensure that our railway is as safe as possible with effective training, making sure that his trainees are taught to the best of his ability and passing on his knowledge, and with my own personal experience, a lot of patience! Dave is looking to retire in the next few years, and it would be great for him to get a successful nomination in recognition of his achievements.“
