“Dave has worked on the south-eastern branch of the railway since 1967. He has worked in a number of different roles including signalling under British Rail. For many years he has worked within the ticket office and has always been a font of knowledge for those that work with him. He now works within the Retail Systems Support team and is sharing his knowledge and experience with others on a daily basis. He regularly goes beyond the confines of his role and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. He has now reached retirement age but wants to continue working to help others.“

He has supported, trained and advised colleagues and customers across the whole Southeastern network and is a 'source of all knowledge' for many ticket office staff.
