Daniel Markham is a courteous, well-mannered, dependable & thoughtful member of staff! He is a pleasure to work with & goes that extra mile @ work every day! He has an excellent sense of humour, whilst maintaining a professional attitude at all times!! In times of major disruption @ Tonbridge train station Daniel Markham is one of our greatest assets he is particularly astute in public relation skills and remaining calm under extreme pressure!!
On a personal note Daniel Markham has always took time to help me understand the railway & the complications it can bring!!
