Said the following about Dan Eden Karan Sharma Dan Eden Karan Sharma:

“Land Sheriffs Thames Valley team consisting of Dan & Karan was informed about a suicidal male at a Station, the team attended straight away and on arrival at the station, they spoke to station staff who informed them that the male was close by on the platform. The team introduced themselves to the male and asked what he was up to, the male responded informing them of his intentions to end his life and didn't want to be around any longer. After further discussions, the team was able to get the male to leave the station to outside the front main entrance area. While talking to the male they found out that the male had just been released from hospital the previous week, admitted again the day previous then released again. The team kept the male calm offering reassurance and assistance, during this period the male informed them that he had taken a considerable amount of Ibuprofen tablets that day. The team using their MSC training kept the male talking while one updated Land Sheriffs Control and then BTP. BTP Shortly arrived and although reluctantly but with the help from the team, the male agreed to go back to the hospital for further assessments. The team then continued their patrols after the Police had taken the male away from the scene to the hospital.

Fantastic work from the team in assisting a male when he couldn't carry on. We hope this male has now found the help he needed to move forward in life after the great work the Land Sheriff team did that day.“
