“When both my team members went on maternity leave at the same time in Dec 2021, I was left with three peoples work to do on my own. I was also dealing with some quite major personal issues as well. Chloe came to me as an apprentice keen to learn but she went so above and beyond. She not only covered the work of my team but supported me through my personal struggles. She was able to manage outward work with ease, never missing a deadline and learnt so quickly that she was also able to deal with incoming adhoc work to take the pressure off me. I would not have got through this year without her and I can't thank her enough for going way above her pay grade to support me and my customer. Thank you Chloe and I hope you win this award“
