Always smiling and willing to help Charles' demeanor, even when not engaging with customers, is enough for them to want to enquire about something if they are not sure as I have seen in person and witnessed. Many a time he has given useful information and recommendations to customers and they have told me on a separate day how delighted they were with their interactions with him to which I am not surprised.
