Said the following about Bob Stickland:

“Whilst working at our Canal Tunnels site at Kings Cross Bob responded to a RTC just outside the site's main entrance, a motorcyclist had collided with a lamppost.

Bob, being a First Responder, immediately attended to the injured person and assessed his condition and administered CPR until the paramedics arrived.

The paramedics praised Bob's efforts in saving the injured persons life. Bob is very shy about the incident and always try's to play his actions down.

Bob is an asset and has be awarded a Managing Directors award by our Client, Carillion Plc, for his actions. A very rare award for a non Carillion employee.“

Said the following about Bob Stickland:

“Whilst on duty at Kings Cross Canal Tunnels Bob witnessed an RTC, a motorcyclist lost control of his bike and hit a lamp post right outside the gates to the site. Bob being a trained first responder immediately called LAS and attended to the person until LAS attended. During this time the IP's faded in and out of unconsciousness, Bob revived the IP several times until LAS arrived and took control.

The IP survived partly due to the efforts of Bob. In recognition of Bob's heroic efforts our client, Carillion Rail awarded him with a Managing Directors Award, this was to sit alongside the Managing Directors Award he received from SafeSec.

This is not the first time Bob has provided members of the public with assistance whilst working and we would never discourage him from doing so.“
