“Ben Cantrell commenced his career as a Graduate Engineer working for a major Blue-Chip Company. Ben progressed to Senior Engineer working on a Major Network Rail Project in the North West, before joining TXM Rail as a Site Agent in January 2015.
Ben has a positive, proactive and professional approach to undertaking all aspects of his role, contributing to the successful management and coordination of work winning and project delivery.
When Ben was approached by TXM to assist with a critical project’s Engineering Requirements, it was these attribute’s which shone through. Ben was undoubtly one of the key staff responsible for the successful delivery of the Nexus Jesmond Track Renewal Project, which was praised by the client (NEXUS Metro) as being one of the most professional and best jobs completed on the infrastructure.
Ben is a credit to himself, the role of an Engineer and his company – leading by example at all times and demonstrating how teamwork and collaborative working really can make a difference. Ben takes pride in his work and his diligence ensures that quality and correctness are top of his agenda.
Ben is also very aware of his abilities and concentrates on his development as he knows what he needs to do to better himself in his career.“
