“I would like to nominate Bea and Nathan as they both work tirelessly to promote Hex, promote colleague engagement and support the local community.
This year Hex was celebrating its 100th millionth customer and a special Hexhabition was displayed at Paddington Station. This was no easy thing to arrange and both spent hours putting it together and working through the night to ensure the maximum impact.
Another example of their dedication to the local community was to arrange community days where Hex staff go out into the community and do good for those less fortunate. This included serving lunch at a local women's homeless shelter, organising a mock recruitment day for a local Academy to name a few.
They produce weekly briefs and newsletters to circulate around the Hex team to ensure colleagues are up to date with the business and are aware of any events taking place. They are completely dedicated to the cause and thoroughly deserve this nomination.“
