“Since Ari joined our team he has improved processes in all areas of our business.
He always makes himself available giving of his own time sometimes to help others with IT issues and is happy to research the internet for the benefit of others.
As for his abilities he has taken on roles not only in his own engineering discipline but has been asked to apply himself to a proposal for a depot move, institute presentations, project control , resource management and access planning.
He has development the automation of many IT processes in our office and continues to progress his own abilities daily.
As people have come and gone from our organisation during the transition of staff many changes have happened. As mentioned earlier non of these changes seemed to phase Ari he just stepped up and found out all he could about the changes and then passed that knowledge on to others with as little fuss as possible. His care and attention to others was obviously apparent to all who witnessed his approach. We could all learn a lot from the way he seems to deal with issues effortlessly.
I have enjoyed working with Ari over the last 21 months as anytime we are involve in developing new ideas he brings so much to the table.
Two items I have worked on with Ari are an automated programme,resource and access planning system and a weekly volume management summary.“
