“Anna always go above and beyond to help not only her colleagues but customers too
She regularly changes shifts to help make sure the welcome host desk is covered and to make sure her colleagues have assistance.
She also regularly helps out on the platform, doing extra security checks and making sure customers have a good start or end of their journey
She has built up a relationship with not only our regular customers but also people who walk past the station or come in for coffee. Therefore showing them how friendly the station staff are and how easy it is to travel
A lot of the local dog owners also pop in and say hello for a quick chat and a treat for the pup!
She is a huge asset to our team and I’m sure everyone would agree!“
