“As an ex-train driver and manager at Redhill traincrew leaving in 2011 after 23 years, I saw a decline in my depot with very limited integration the depot seemed to have lost its sole.
Over the last couple of years since Angela was sent to Redhill I have seen a vast improvement, and the driver's attitude has been turned around.
Talking to individual drivers as to what has been the change, the ones I have spoken to have all said it's down to Angela's management skills they actually feel their manager is there for them which in their words they haven't had for a number of years.
