Andy is always the first to speak proudly of his staff and business partners and works selfless to ensure he gets the better of people whom he works with on various projects.

Andy is a team player with a can-do attitude & he is very well respected within his immediate team and business partners alike.

It is not prudent to remember that Andy performs these high standards despite only holding this current role as a secondment, however, even to the trained eye you can see his passion and determination to ensure the railway is safe and crime-free is always at the heart of everything he does/achieves.

All that said, Andy is a worthy winner of the RailStaff Awards Manager of the Year.“
