I have never known a person to love his job as much as Andrew does and even when he is so tired he can barely stand up he is always thinking of the customer first and trying to come up with ways to ensure that their experience is as happy and stress free as possible. He is knowledgeable and always happy to share what he knows with anybody who has questions about any area of the rail industry provided that this information is in the public domain. He is always happy to help his colleagues in whatever way he can which at moment means that he is doing a lot of overtime at other stations. All his customers at Whitchurch, Hampshire love and appreciate him and the hard work he puts in for their benefit and he is always enthusiastically welcomed back by them when he has been on holiday!“
