“I wish to nominate Andrea Holland, Senior Conductor for the Rail Award.
She has dealt with a fatality on her train in her first fortnight on the job, sorted out a man punching his wife and causing the whole carriage to react, and most sadly was an angel to a lady who's baby died in hospital before she could get to her and provided comfort and assistance to the desolate customer. She has also reassured me at times on the phone and given really helpful advice.
She is an amazing person and she so deserves an award!!“
