Amanda works tirelessly organising training and courses for front line colleagues, managers, and head office support colleagues, ensuring that everyone has the necessary tools to do their job to the best of their ability.

“Hello, I'd just like to write a short note of thanks. I attended the RailStaff Awards on Thursday as part of a small team that was nominated, became a finalist and then we actually won our category!!! It was a fantastic experience to be selected & invited to this extremely well organised event. The entertainment was brilliant, the casino, waltzes & dodgems were such a fun idea and the music was so good, we danced our shoes off..!
