“Ali has recently been voted by our customers as our Merseyrail Customer Star in our annual awards!
Ali always greets customers with a smile, and a hello or good morning. She is always helpful in pushing the button for the lift like she knows you are rushing to go to work. It’s always a pleasure having a little chat with her whilst I wait for the lift. Ali is fully engaged with what is happening in and around the station, cares for others and ensures everyone is looked after.
