“Currently working within the Geomatics team, Alina exhibits many of the key attributes worthy of the title Graduate of the Year.
Alina joined Bridgeway with a Masters in Geomatics and Cartography and 4 years experience in land surveying, setting out and deformation monitoring but none in rail. From the very beginning Alina has shown high levels of enthusiasm and perfectionism in her own work and has proved to be a flexible and determined member of staff, who quickly learns new skills, techniques and has the ability to adapt herself to almost every environment. She is more than capable to undertake the hands-on practical work on site but at the same time has absorbed a high level of technical knowledge.
In a short time Alina has demonstrated many of the attributes required to develop into a professionally qualified engineer within the rail industry. The award of Graduate of the year would be appropriate recognition of what she has achieved to date and will hopefully serve to drive her on in her Rail career.“
