“Mr Adam Stanley is currently an On Track Plant Specialist for the Wales Route within the plant team leading a wider team of Plant Supervisors which plan and deliver On Track Plant lift planning and work package plans. Adam recognised the challenge around restricted possession access, improvements to safety, fatigue and team delivery to meet compliance. Over the past two years Adam has tirelessly embedded the use of Drones to improve on these challenges in addition to his normal duties. With this achievement the Wales Route now recognises signalman workload reduction, boots on ballast removal, fatigue improvements and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, as a route, we are now understanding what other benefits this introduction brings to Off Track, Overhead line works, Ecology and buildings surveys. Well done Adam.
