“Aaron's attitude and work ethic have shined through over the last year, and he has set a terrific example for Heathrow Rail personnel. Our POD system has struggled to recover from COVID, as well as a system issue that shut down our system and decreased our vehicle speed for three months. Aaron has taken the lead in resolving these challenges, working on his days off to train others and assist the system in being fully operational and ready for passenger service. Aaron has also become a Team Leader in the last year, naturally stepping into the role and building a fantastic team with myself and Nigel. Much deserved appreciation for his efforts and accomplishments. Excellent work.“
