“Tommy has been an excellent Apprentice throughout the whole program. Tommy's attitude from day 1 has not changed and he has actively encouraged other apprentices and Technicians throughout the past 3 years. Even in times of struggle and low morale at different stages of his apprenticeship and the Projects he was placed at. Tommy has risen above them all and demonstrated and excellent attitude and behaviour, something that is not only great to see from an Apprentice, but to promote at all different depots and promotes Bombardier. Tommy's Technical skills have mirror his attitude, his performance and knowledge is the greatest standard I have ever seen of an Apprentice. Tommy is the standard and example I use when introducing new starters, whether they are Apprentices, Graduates or Technicians. Tommy has fitted in well to every project he has been placed at and is an excellent example of a young apprentice/Technician in not only Bombardier and Rail, but the modern world we live in. Tommy continues to show support to his peers and colleagues and I feel should be highly recognised for all of his hard work and dedicated commitment over the past 3 years.“
