“Based at Northwich, Stuart is Northern Rail's ambassador when it comes to Customer service.
Stuart is often giving advice but not just on rail services but on local walks, bus services plus things to see and around around Northwich.
In the last few months Stuart has received two letters of praise from customers who felt just had to write in and thank him for his excellent customer service.
Stuart also gets involved at local level, and is often seen tendering to the plants and painting the tubs to make them look the part.
Recently we had a naming ceremony at Northwich and Stuart decorated the ticket hall with Union Jack bunting which really made the difference.
I am very lucky and fortunate to have a member of staff that pays their part in helping the community and customers, Stuart is always looking to get involved in different projects and is a credit to my team and to Northern Rail.“
