“Having worked with Rhiannon (Rhi) since 2015 at Network Rail and BTTC, I most admire how valued she is. Rhi is unique, she is dynamic at work, and incredibly hard-working whilst remaining compassionate and supportive to not just her staff but also our Clients. I recall someone describing Rhi back in 2015 when she was soon to become my Line Manager and they said, ‘Rhi gives everything and everyone her 100%.’ When considering entering Rhi into this category and speaking with other staff at BTTC, people instantly named Rhi and gave the same reason, that she gives 100%, always. Under Rhi's exemplary leadership, BTTC achieved remarkable milestones, including being recognised as the 'UK's Best Workplace in Consulting & Professional Services for 2023,' '2023 UK's Best Workplace for Women,' and earning the esteemed '2023 Investors in People' distinction. It is high time that we shine a well-deserved spotlight on the driving force behind these remarkable achievements.

The reason Rhi is valued by us all is that she is entirely dependable, she notices when people need extra support and will give you her 100%. She also has the unique ability to notice when the team needs a boost and acts upon it instantly. Whilst she is highly professional and hard-working, she never forgets the importance of team morale and having fun. She is our party organiser!!
