“I wish to nominate Rebecca for a rail staff award. Since Rebecca has taken over running our service centre, she has whole heartedly put everything in to her role. She is always looking for ways to improve our service and the jobs of our hostesses easier. I believe this is because she has previous experience as an OBH herself. Her dedication, hard work and enthusiasm is amazing for someone her age. Positivity and problem solving are her forte. Rebecca has exceptional people skills, which enables her to get things done in an effective way. She is also instrumental in our company receiving a grade 5 Food Hygiene Certificate; which I believe makes us the first train operator to achieve. Something we are all very proud of. Rebecca is a true asset to First Hull Trains and I know she Will continue to improve our service. It is with all absolution that I nominate Rebecca as for me she represents the successful future of First Hull Trains. It is a pleasure to know and work with her.“
