He is always getting comments and praise from customers about the outstanding service he gives regardless of age, sex or gender. He has been sent cakes from a customer to say thank you for support he gave whilst at the station. He is able to calm a situation down even when the service is at its worst and gets comments about his ability to remain calm and being professional at all times. He is always aware of all the needs for every customer and is never unable to help.
