Said the following about Peter Hazeldene:

“Paddock Wood Station staff

Peter is always busy clearing up the station area and is always cheerful and greeting customers with a smile.

He escorts a blind man across the footbridge every day and is always helpful to everybody he shows the company values with pride.

I worked with him in the past on snow duty and he gave help and guidance to passengers who required information about the disrupted services.

His efforts need to be recognized and rewarded.“

Said the following about Peter Hazeldene:

“Every morning I get of my train from Maidstone west and walk over the foot bridge to catch my train to Tonbridge.

I always see a Southeastern Employee take a blind man and walk him to his train and makes sure he is on safely everyday. I know this is what is expected from him, however I always see them communicating with each other and I feel that his dedication to the customers is part of our southeastern values of supporting our customers. He goes out of his extra way to make sure the customer and his dog have a pleasant journey.

I also see him picking up litter on a daily basis not matter what weather. I honestly do feel this station staff should be awarded for his dedication and excellent customer service he delivers at paddock wood.

I find that the staff at paddock wood are so helpful and polite. The station is spotless every morning and evening when it commute to work. Peter really does deserve this.“
