“On Sunday May 31st during annual leave Paula came in to re do rosters which alternate holiday cover had released. Paula worked the entire day leaving her family at home to ensure that 16 un covered shifts now had cover in place and prevented Station closures. The closures would have been on the 1st day of the month and impacted on season ticket renewals, peak travel
Prior to this Paula had provided sufficient training for her holiday cover on 2 occasions although she had to undertake the task and resolve on both occasions.“
