Said the following about Paul Hogan:

“Paul is a Team Leader at Victoria Station and has worked there since 2011; He is an incredible support to the management and frontline team alike and has never failed to deliver either. Everything - even during disruption will run well when he is around. He keeps his cool in any situation that could, and quite often has, arisen at Victoria. Whether it is a disgruntled, or upset passenger, a vulnerable person, or a child Paul will be there for them. He has sat with injured customers until medical aid comes to reassure them; he supports everyone around him. He is a shining example of what it means to do a fantastic job. He will shrug it off when this is said to him though, and just carry on. He is the one that the team at Victoria will go to, he has the full trust of the management. Network Rail managers will also seek him out if they know he is on shift and there are issues. He has an open door policy with his colleagues and they will go and talk to him. If you described a team leader it would be Paul. Even the General Manager North, will agree and heaves a sigh of relief when there are issues at the station and knows he is there.

Every manager within the Charing Cross & Victoria Area knows Paul, and how capable he is. He comes to work and always does over and above what is expected and needed.

Southeastern is lucky to have Paul as a member of their railway family.“
