“Omar joined ESG as a graduate in March 2014. Immediately I saw the enthusiasm and eagerness to learn from the more experienced engineers in the department and this continues as he gains more knowledge and experience. Omar is now fully integrated into the design department and works either on his own and involved in the full design cycle of the projects or as part of a team producing full refurbished design projects.
He is also first to volunteer his services on additional tasks such as helping work experience placements and attending open days to give his experience as a design graduate and helping others decide on their career paths.
Omar is continually receiving praise via myself from other engineering departments regarding his professionalism and his focus to deliver on time, to budget and right first time projects.
On several occasions, Omar has gone beyond what is expected on him in his determination to deliver on time.
