Nimrah has introduced safety improvement courses and any additional support that is required for staff. She has been tough and challenged people when she needed to be and is very well respected within Heathrow for her enthusiasm and attention to making our department safer for staff and passengers.
We have all been very impressed with the way Nimrah has picked up and learnt the knowledge of our operational systems (PODS & TTS), making sure we are adhering to ROGS and fully compliant in all areas.
