“Matthew has supported OCR delivery on a number of OLE projects throughout the 2015/6 year. Employed in the OCR Crewe Logistics Depot Matthew has supported projects such as North West Electrification and Gospel Oak to Barking Electrification. During the year Mathew has progressed from Stores Fabricator, to Stores Supervisor at the OCR Abingdon Depot. The year has been challenging for the OCR logistics team due to a significant growth in work bank. Matthew has risen to this challenge working on an agile basis to ensure project delivery is maintained and taking on additional responsibility for briefing, training and supervising staff. Matthew provides role model performance for other members of the team to follow.“
